Chocolate Tahini Shake
This is an amazing rejuvenation smoothie. Creamy and packed with protein and healthy fats plus plenty of calcium and magnesium too. Adding the bonebalance collagen supports the bone matrix being the key protein in bones.
Serves 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 x sachets bonebalance Collagen Powder
- 300ml fortified almond milk or soy milk
- 2 small bananas, ideally frozen
- 4 pitted soft dates
- 2tbsp/30g tahini
- 1tsp chia or flaxseeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Best served immediately
